The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Workshop
The Seven Principles Program for Couples is a two-day workshop based on Dr. John Gottman’s internationally acclaimed research, as presented in his New York Times bestselling book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. This educational workshop is offered across the US and has reached thousands of couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. It is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills.

The program includes lectures, demonstrations, videos, and private couples’ exercises. The activities are fun, insightful, and informative. Participants are not required to share their problems with others, ensuring a comfortable and private experience. The facilitators, trained by Gottman, are skilled couple therapists experienced in incorporating these practices into their work with couples and individuals.

Couples will learn and practice proven tools to:

Turn conflict into a constructive force for their relationship
