We are currently looking for: Fractional Operations Manager

From the Heart Counseling Services is seeking a part-time Fractional Operations Manager to support the growth and daily operations of our trauma-informed mental health practice. This role will help improve systems, create and maintain procedures, support scheduling, intake, billing, client flow, and track key operational metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, calm, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in operations leadership, preferably in healthcare or service-based settings. This position is 10 to 20 hours per week and is ideal for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and compassionate leadership to a growing practice.
